Usage:

Before using the toothbrush, thoroughly check the toothbrush head. Ensure it is firmly attached and does not move while brushing.

If you notice the head moving while brushing your teeth, it is advisable to stop using it and immediately replace it with a new head on the metal handle. To easily remove the head, place the brush in hot water for 5-10 seconds and carefully detach it from the metal handle.

When brushing, start with a circular motion from the gum to the tooth, following the order of the teeth. Hold the toothbrush at an inclined position parallel to the surface of the gums and teeth.  Aim to brush for 2 minutes.

After brushing your teeth, thoroughly rinse the toothbrush head with running water for a few seconds to keep it clean.

Avoid using a damaged head.
